The terms, conditions and policies set out below apply to the purchase of tickets from this website. Please ensure that you have read and understood them before you commit to your purchase. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the site. Please check this page of the site periodically
1. Tyg Ltd's Relationship With The Attractions
1.1 Tyg Ltd operates as a ticketing agent. It sells and markets tickets on behalf of a range of different attractions and events. It does not own, manage or organise those attractions or events, but the owner, manager or organiser has agreed to allow Tyg Ltd to market and sell tickets on its behalf.
1.2 Whenever you purchase a ticket from this website, you are purchasing that ticket from the owner, manager or organiser of the attraction or event, and that contract is subject not only to these terms and conditions, but also to any terms, conditions or policies imposed by the attraction or event in question.
1.3 If you wish to familiarise yourself with the terms, conditions and policies of the attraction or event before you commit to purchasing your tickets, please contact our Customer Services team for details, or alternatively, contact the attraction or event organiser direct.
1.4 As a ticketing agent, we do not have any role in setting ticket prices and we do not have any control over the quality of the attraction or event for which you have purchased tickets. Any complaints about ticket prices or the quality of the attraction or event should be directed to the attraction or the event organiser.
2. Purchase And Delivery Of Tickets
2.1 Tyg Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the prices listed by the attraction on this website remain correct and up to date but in the event that any price listed on this website should be incorrect (whether by reason of clerical error or by reason of prices having been altered by the relevant attraction or event without our knowledge) we reserve the right to cancel your tickets and refund the face value, or to exchange them in return for payment of any difference between the price paid and the correct price.
2.2 Tyg Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that any tickets purchased from this website are available for use at the attraction or event for which they have been purchased on the date and (if applicable) at the time for which they have been purchased.
2.3 You are responsible for printing your ticket immediately following purchase. It will NOT be posted to you.
3. Refund And Exchange Policy
3.1 Tyg Ltd sells tickets on behalf of attractions and events. As such, our ability to provide refunds and exchanges is limited by the particular terms, conditions and policies of each individual attraction or event.
3.2 If you decide that you no longer want your tickets, or if you cannot attend the attraction or event on the date for which they were purchased (even if this is due to circumstances beyond your control) a refund or exchange cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the attraction or the event organisers direct to see if you are entitled to a refund or exchange.
3.3 Tyg Ltd will only provide a refund personally if, due to its own mistake, error or negligence, it has failed to make a ticket available for use at the attraction or event for which it was purchased on the date and (if applicable) at the time for which it was purchased, subject to the provisions at clause 2.3.
